Order Info

Your First Order: You have several choices for your first order from us. You may call, write, or Email us, and we will send you an information packet that includes pre-addressed mailers, work order sheets, complete price and services book, etc. Or, you may use the information on these pages and print out our work order (see next web page. You will be downloading a 20kb pdf. file) to send us your work. Package it securely and mail to us.

Business Hours: We are open Monday thru Friday, 9:30 to 5:30 MST, excluding major holidays. We close for vacation December 20th. thru January 2nd.

Payment: Payment by check, money order, or credit card info must be included with your order. We do not hold up orders paid by personal check. Return checks incur a $20.00 handling charge. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Scheduling: Turn around times vary depending on the service requested, also the size and complexity of the order and our currant workload. Rush orders available ONLY on our approval and will incur extra charges. Please call on our toll free line for availability and pricing on rush orders. Telephone quotes on rush orders are subject to review upon receipt of order. If there is a difference in price you will be advised by phone before work commences.

Shipping: We ship all orders back to you by USPS Priority Mail. This service normally takes 2 to 3 days except during the Christmas Holidays. There is a $5.95 shipping and handling charge on all orders. Also, if you would like to ship to us by FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc., our street address is 7269 E. Gambel Cir., Tucson, Arizona 85750-6160. Please use this address only for private shippers.

Liability: Submitting any film, slide, print or artwork to us for any reason constitutes an agreement by you that any loss or damage by our company or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed materials and the processing thereof. Except for such replacement, the handling of such materials by us is without warranty or liability and the recovery for any incidental or consequential damage is excluded. We will not except any film with a stated value greater than that of unexposed film.

Copyrighted materials: We respect the rights of copyrighted materials and when we copy certain materials we must have permission. If you send us materials to copy, you must be the copyright holder or send us written permission from the copyright holder to copy such materials.
